No. There is no proper and healthy way to lose weight really fast. If you are looking for miracles then you are on the wrong place. When we are talking about weight loss we mean lifestyle and diet habits. To change those you need time, patience and hard work. 1. First and most important rule, DO NOT try any chemical way to lose weight. Proper dieting does not prohibit the consumption of any type of food. What you need to be careful is the quantity of food you eat and the frequency you eat them. The daily deficit will gradually sum up to 3500 calories and the journey will begin. You can visit a professional dietician or nutritionist that will study your needs and create a diet plan for you. This may cost you a bit but for proper results you have to do it correctly from the beginning.

5. Fifth, forget the couch, TV, sofa and any other habit you had that was holding you away from exercise. Your new lifestyle must include exercise (any form), movement and physical activity. Do not spend too much time watching TV if at the same time you can run on the treadmill or do some manual work (home workout) in the house.
